Who Can Be Nominated

Government nominees

MDAs, local governments, statutory bodies and public enterprises delivering a verifiable digital service or transformation initiative.

Private sector nominees

Uganda-registered private companies, startups, BPO/ITES firms and development partners with operational, verifiable services.

Self-nomination welcome

As in 2019 and 2021, organisations may nominate themselves alongside third-party nominations.

Regional nominees

Nominees from all four regions submit through the same national portal. Regional winners are recognised at their region's showcase, with national honours at the Kololo finale.
